Announcing a New Service from the UK Association of Virtual Assistants, “Pick Your Clients”.

This week we’ve added a brand new service to the UKAVA web site allowing prospective Virtual Assistant clients to send in the details of the work they have available. This information will be emailed to all our members allowing you the chance to pick and chose who you want to work with. This means that you will be able to put your proposals direct to would-be clients through out the UK and Worldwide, not just those within your local area – we do work virtually after all! It also means that that you can tender for work as and when you need it. So if you’ve just lost your biggest client, or you’re just starting up and looking for your first clients, now is the time to start putting in those proposals!

If you are already a member of the UKAVA keep an eye on your email inbox for these alerts and if you’re not already a member, click on the link below to find out all the benefits membership brings.

In the Spotlight…

Send Up To 10GB Files to Anyone By Email.

Do you ever try to send photos, videos or large customer files by e-mail only to get the annoying failure message that the file is too large and cannot be delivered? Annoying isn’t it? Then you dash around looking for a CD, DVD or memory stick to write the files too, an envelope to put them in, a compliment slip or letter to go in with it all, then a trip down to the post office as, with the new postage rates, who knows what it’ll cost to send. Then your client is also annoyed because s/he could really do with information now, it not earlier. Sigh…

The solution: SendYourFiles. Send files up to 10GB (yes gigabytes – that’s huge) to anyone via email. The recipient requires no software or registration. For less than the cost of a single CD and postage, you can send your file, by email, now. Simple!
