This is really easy to include automatically if you use Outlook to handle your email. Simply set up a Signature under the Tools > Mail Options > Mail Format tab.

I use ClickFree which is a very easy and quick system, which makes me more likely to incorporate a daily backup at the end of each day. I totally agree – once you’ve fallen foul of not taking regular back-ups, you’ll never go so again!!
